Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 3, 2026

1. The short version

We collect only what we need to run a streaming service: your account details, paid-plan status, viewing activity, advertising data on the free plan, and Creator project data when you use Creator features. We never see your full card number, and we do not sell your personal information. This policy explains the details. It’s part of our Terms of Service and applies to everything under BlakBokz Studios, operated by Flashstar Logistics LLC.

2. What we collect

  • Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we can’t read it), plus the profiles you create.
  • Subscription and payment status: your plan, billing period, and payment state. Payment details are handled by PayPal or Stripe. We receive payment tokens, card brand and last four digits, transaction references, and status, never your full card number or security code.
  • Viewing activity: what you watch and where you paused. This powers “continue watching,” your watch history, and our understanding of which shows people love.
  • Things you post: comments and reactions you choose to share.
  • Creator project data: prompts, uploaded audio, images, video and documents, generated media, edits, project names, metadata, exports, and publication choices.
  • Agents and provider connections: the providers you connect, credential identifiers and encrypted credentials, token or agent identifiers, requested operations, results, usage, and error logs. We do not publish provider keys, and we do not intentionally include secret key values in analytics or audit views.
  • Device and log data: IP address, browser type, and basic request logs used for security and keeping the service running.
  • Advertising and device data: on the free plan, our video advertising provider may receive the page or content context, ad requests and interactions, IP address, device and browser details, approximate location derived from IP, and advertising identifiers or cookies where permitted.
  • Cookies: we use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your active profile. The free plan may also use advertising cookies or similar technologies through Google Ad Manager, subject to applicable consent requirements and your device or browser choices.

3. How we use it

  • providing and personalizing the service (resume, watch lists);
  • processing subscriptions and preventing fraud;
  • sending service emails (receipts, password resets, and — if you opt in — announcements about new shows);
  • moderating comments and keeping the community safe;
  • storing Creator projects and sending requested inputs to the AI, media, voice, storage, or agent providers you choose;
  • measuring storage and AI-credit use, enforcing limits, and investigating failed or abusive operations;
  • understanding what content works so we can make more of it;
  • requesting, measuring, limiting, and reporting video ads on the free plan, including detecting invalid traffic and ad-delivery errors;
  • meeting our legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make BlakBokz Studios work, and only what they need to do their job:

  • Payments: PayPal and Stripe;
  • Advertising: Google Ad Manager and its Interactive Media Ads technology when video advertising is enabled for a free viewer;
  • Hosting, object storage, and delivery: our hosting provider and, when configured, Cloudflare or another S3-compatible object-storage/CDN provider;
  • Email: our email provider (password resets and service messages).
  • Creator and AI providers: the supported image, video, audio, voice, language-model, or agent provider selected for a requested operation. Those providers process submitted prompts and media under their own terms and privacy policies.

These vendors act as service providers or subprocessors where the relationship supports it. The available provider list may change as beta tools are added or retired. We share only the information reasonably needed for the requested service and do not authorize advertising use of private Creator projects.

Beyond that, we disclose information only if the law requires it, to protect our rights or members’ safety, or as part of a business transfer (in which case this policy continues to apply). We do not sell or rent your personal information, ever.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account, subscription, viewing, and Creator project information while your account exists and as needed to provide the service. If you request account deletion, active project data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, tax, fraud, security, or dispute purposes. Encrypted backups may retain residual copies until they rotate out; those copies are not restored except for disaster recovery or legal requirements.

Provider-side copies are governed by the selected provider’s retention controls and policies. Export important Creator projects before canceling or deleting your account.

6. Your rights and choices

You can access and update your account details in the app, and you can ask us at info@blakbokz.com to provide a copy of supported account and project data, correct it, delete your account and associated data, or answer a rights request. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law.

You can avoid third-party video ad requests by maintaining an active ad-free or Creator paid plan. Browser and device controls may also let you limit advertising identifiers or cookies. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential advertising technology, we will either request that consent or restrict delivery to an appropriate limited or non-personalized mode.

California residents: the CCPA gives you the right to know what we collect (this policy), to request deletion, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. If our advertising configuration constitutes “sharing” under applicable law, we will provide the required opt-out. We won’t discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

EU/UK visitors: where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (providing the service), for our legitimate interests (security, improving the service), and with your consent where required. You additionally have rights to portability, restriction, objection, and to complain to your data protection authority.

7. No one under 18

BlakBokz Studios is an adults-only service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we delete any such account we discover.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted (HTTPS), video access uses authenticated media routes or signed streaming URLs, and admin actions are audit logged. No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by law.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or an in-app announcement before they take effect.
