Terms of Service

Effective date: September 3, 2026

1. Who we are, and what you’re agreeing to

BlakBokz Studios is a streaming and creation service operated by Flashstar Logistics LLC (“BlakBokz,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. You must be 18 or older

BlakBokz Studios features mature, adult-oriented content intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account or use the service. By using BlakBokz Studios you represent that you meet this requirement. Accounts belonging to minors will be terminated. Content may include strong language, violence, sexual themes, and other mature material — viewer discretion is advised.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password private, give us accurate information, and tell us right away at info@blakbokz.com if you think someone else has accessed your account. Profiles on your account are for members of your household only — sharing credentials outside your household is not permitted.

4. Membership, billing, and automatic renewal

BlakBokz TV is free with advertising. No payment method is required for the free viewing plan. An optional ad-free upgrade costs $5.99/month. Creator Beta costs $34.99/month or $349/year and includes ad-free TV. Paid plans automatically renew at the disclosed interval until canceled.

For an ad-free upgrade completed before viewing access opens September 13, 2026 at 9:00 AM CDT, the payment method is collected at checkout and the first charge occurs when access opens. Creator enrollment is charged immediately. For Creator enrollment completed before access opens, the first monthly renewal is October 13, 2026 and the first annual renewal is September 13, 2027.

  • How to cancel: go to Account → Manage billing any time, or email info@blakbokz.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then.
  • Refunds: payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law. Canceling stops future renewals and does not itself create a refund.
  • Taxes: prices are shown before any taxes that a payment provider or taxing authority requires us to collect.
  • Price changes: we may change subscription prices with at least 30 days’ advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period, and you can cancel before they take effect.
  • Card payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe, as identified at checkout. BlakBokz manages renewals and cancellation for direct card memberships in Account. We store encrypted payment tokens and limited card identifiers, never your full card number or security code.

5. Creator Beta, storage, AI credits, and provider keys

Creator Beta is a developing service available beginning on the member-access date. It includes ad-free TV, supported production tools and agent workflows, Academy and creator-community access, up to 50 GB of project storage, and monthly AI credits. Credit amounts, supported tools and providers, beta features, and capacity may change as the service evolves. We will give reasonable notice before a material reduction to a paid membership benefit when practicable.

You may connect supported provider credentials or use your own agent (“bring your own key” or BYOK). You authorize us to use those credentials only to perform the actions you request. You are responsible for provider terms, usage charges, permissions, model outputs, and activity performed through credentials or agents you connect. Do not connect credentials you are not authorized to use.

Storage is for active Creator projects, not general-purpose backup. You are responsible for keeping your own export or backup of important work. You may export supported project files while your account is active. After cancellation or account deletion, we may delete Creator projects and stored media following the retention period described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal holds and backup rotation.

6. Your license to watch

While your account is active and in good standing, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not download (except where we provide the feature), copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell access to, or commercially exploit any content. All shows, films, artwork, logos, and the BlakBokz name are owned by Flashstar Logistics LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Free viewing may include pre-roll, mid-roll, post-roll, or accompanying advertising. The ad-free upgrade removes video advertising from BlakBokz TV episodes while the paid entitlement remains active; it does not remove ordinary sponsorships, brand placements inside a program, or essential service messages.

7. Your uploads, generated media, comments, and ownership

As between you and BlakBokz, you keep ownership of original material you upload, create, or post, subject to third-party rights and applicable provider terms. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, transcode, display, and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service and to publish material you deliberately submit to public community surfaces.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for prompts, source media, voices, likenesses, music, trademarks, and other material you submit. AI-generated output may not be unique and may be subject to provider terms or legal limits. You agree not to post or generate content that:

  • harasses, threatens, or attacks other people;
  • is hateful, discriminatory, or incites violence;
  • is illegal, defamatory, or invades someone’s privacy;
  • infringes someone else’s copyright or trademark;
  • is spam, scams, malware, or unauthorized advertising;
  • uses a person’s voice, likeness, or identity without required permission;
  • facilitates sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, or non-consensual intimate imagery;
  • attempts to evade safeguards, compromise systems, or obtain unauthorized access.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, at our discretion, with or without notice.

8. What you can’t do

  • circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or content protection features;
  • scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data;
  • reverse engineer or copy the service or its software;
  • resell, rent, or share access to the service;
  • use the service, agents, credits, storage, or provider integrations in any way that violates the law, another provider’s terms, or these Terms.

9. Copyright complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on BlakBokz Studios infringes your copyright, send a notice compliant with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to Flashstar Logistics LLC at info@blakbokz.com or 1801 N. Hampton Rd., Ste. 425, #1043, DeSoto, TX 75115. We will respond to valid notices, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the same contact.

10. Suspension, cancellation, and ending the relationship

You can cancel your membership and request account deletion at any time. We may limit expensive generation features, suspend access, remove content, or terminate an account to address security risk, suspected fraud, unpaid charges, provider limits, illegal activity, infringement, or a material violation of these Terms. If we terminate a paid membership without cause, we will refund the prorated unused portion of the current billing period.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free streaming, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlakBokz and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service, including content you post.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at info@blakbokz.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Unless prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved in a state or federal court with jurisdiction over Flashstar Logistics LLC at the mailing address stated below.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service grows. If a change is material, we’ll notify you (for example, by email or an in-app announcement) at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
